DIAGNOSTIC is a suite of 4 tests on:
Centres of interest, Leadership, Intro/Extroversio, Emotional stability
Potential users : any adult from 18 to 60 men or women
from town or country
Aim : to ascentain different aspects of personality


Centre of interest

• For young people looking for work, or adults seeking re-orientation...
• A test of 224 questions with 4 levels of replies, with a time limit of 25 minutes
• Result in percentages for 22 different orientations

Leadership

• To evaluate leadership potential training or field sales personnel
• A test of 35 questions with 4 levels of replies, with a time limit of 3mn 30 seconds
• Result on strength of ideas, strength of feeling, strength of instinct, (two or threefold)

Introversion - extraversion

• To evaluate how much a person turns in on oneself
• A test of 210 questions with 3 levels of replies, with a time limit of 20 minutes
• Results according to 7 criteria from lowest to highest: activy, sociability, prudence, self-control, reserve, thoughtfulness, responsibility

Emotional stability - instability

• To determine the "emotional" potential of people in positions of responsibility or in a group
• A test of 210 questions with 3 levels of replies, with a time limit of 20 minutes
• Results according to 7 criteria from lowest to highest:
• self-esteem, euphoria, calmness, circumspection,
• self-reliance, feeling for health, non-culpability
